Not organized - dismissive of customers, especially women. Have never been happy with service there. I can think of three examples off hand where they disparaged the previous customer before me - wouldn't listen when I asked for my keys as my car was parked outside and had to wait tem minutes until I lost my cool while the staff stood around talking with my keys - while I could see my car. While paying, announced my card didn't go through, when it was a mechanical failure on their part but the woman was more interested in getting in on an irate customer (woman) who had been promised a loaner car, one wasn't available and they had yet to even look at her car and would not get to it that day. They ordered replacement keys, which were the wrong ones ( had to prepay for them) - I waited for 50 minutes before they told me they made a mistake and would rush an order for the correct ones. It took them 15 days for a rush order while when I went into to service and they placed the original order it was less than four days ( I had to prove I owned the car although they had years of service records under my name!). Then when I arrived to pick them up ( after calling to tell the them I wouldn't be in due to car issues (I had the car at a different shop) as I have given up on Westside, they sent my prepaid keys back to where ever they came from. I get calls and surveys and always spell out exactly what the issues are and I have never seen one iota of improvement. I am in the process of selling my VW (I have been a VW owner since 1979) and have almost convinced my son to sell his also. Horrible does not come close to describing my experiences with Westside and I now drive a Toyota and Nissan and will never be back at any Luther facility again. I have learned my lesson and am vocal about my displeasure. More

oil change, tire totation and check over I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and per usual they went over the vehicle and where to report issues needing attention. The guy called and said you car is ready to pick up it will be $90 for oil change and tire rotation. Fine, good. I got a ride there from family, as I am looking over the bill I noticed under brakes it's stated "immediate attention needed" . I asked the cashier if this was mine as the guy told me nothing about that when he called. She called him over and he had not read over it and thus not informed me that my brakes were needing to be replaced. He offered they could still do it that day which was good, BUT frustrating that he hadn't informed me before I came to pick it up as now I needed to get home again and get back. Westside did shuttle me home, but I wish the service guy had actually READ over the report and then talked to me about the issue.
