Need price transparency Went in for my 10k service price was $164, told them I had a coupon for the oil change, said they'll take it off. When I went to pay said the price will be $164...I said that there should be a coupon for $69 oil change. They said that it was already taken off. Look at the invoice and they had increased the total amount...applied a $15 coupon and netted out to the exact same amount! Called Burnsville VW and they quoted $108. Definitely going to spend the extra 20 min drive to go there for all my future service. J More

They couldn't hear the problem that I hear from the car I have always enjoyed getting work done by this dealership, as they seems to be one of the best. This particular service I was very pleased with all I have always enjoyed getting work done by this dealership, as they seems to be one of the best. This particular service I was very pleased with all t he warranty related repair that they were able to complete, but a little disappointed that they could not hear the engine knocking sound that I hear...thus that repair could not be done. All the guys, especially the service manager, was very professional. Loaner car was not available when I needed it, and when I picked up my car, it was not washed like they had promised it would. More
