Steve Broucek is very likeable and was helpful to us and I appreciated his following up with us within a few days after purchase to make sure things were in order. We did find it difficult to get to the appropriate price, making multiple calls. I have a sense this was more about the manager than about Steve. I have had very good experience with the people in the service department over the years and it's the closest dealership to my home, so I prefer to go there all things being equal, but it was a lot of work to get them in line with other dealers on price. She does not push, and is very straightforward in her approach. I am always very much respected, which means a lot to me, since I am in my 60's. Many years ago, if you were a single woman, that was most often not the case. I will continue to use Westside and specifically Maura and Jim for my purchases. More
