She told me about the pricing and finance options available on the 2010 TDI. In the end because of that suggestion I purchased a 2010 TDI and I just love it. More

I purchased a vehicle from West Side 3 years ago and was lied to about the promises made with the purchase. They promise a full tank, discount gas & in this case free washes and oil changes for life. When I picked up the car they had to take it back to fill it up only at my request. The discount gas card and other discount service coupons were never provided & the oil changes / car washes were ignored. When I called to complain, that sales person was no longer with the company and they would no honor what he promised even though it was in writing. Recently, I brought the car in for warranty service and told them that the CV joints were clicking. To my disappointment, they only replaced the BOOTS and told me that the joints were fine even though you could hear the clicking around corners with all doors and windows closed. The deductible was $100. When I drove the car off the lot, it was still clicking. I brought it home thinking that perhaps the new grease would fix it, but it did not. i returned the car to them and told them that they needed to fix it because I had told them what the issue was the first time. Their tech drove the car and told me that he couldn't hear any clicking. I told him that the clicking is there and they need to drive it again. The second technician then said it had a bad joint. They refused to fix it again without me paying the deductible. I will never return. This review is being posted on any site I can find. It isn't the $100 that bothers me, it's the lack of respect for customers, lack of integrity & lack of honesty that bothers me most. More
The service was excellent. I had an idea of which car I thought I wanted, and emailed this info to the salesguy. We were greeted promptly and with friendliness upon arrival at the dealership. I decided to test drive several cars, each of which David, our salesman, gave me a run down on the specifics. After each test drive, the next car was ready and waiting for me to drive, no waiting or fumbling to find the specific car on the salesguy's part. It was a very efficient process, and he was very knowledgeable about each of the cars provided. When I ultimately decided on the 2011 red EOS, the service staff took the car off the showroom floor, cleaned it up beautifully, and had it ready and waiting by the time we finished with the paperwork. The finance guy, Craig, was very pleasant and efficient as well. I was contacted after a day and a half of owning my new car, making sure everything was up to par. The overall experience was fabulous, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family. More

I wanted to inform you how well I was treated at your dealership with Maura Broucek. I came in to test drive a 2010 Jetta and wanted to get some pricing on the vehicle. Maura worked with us after our test drive and was able to present the price for the vehicle right away. Maura also viewed the vehicle I currently owned and was able to give us a value the same day. I felt Maura was very profession and cared about what our needs were. Maura answered all of our questions on the Jetta and I was very pleased with her service. I ended up purchasing the Jetta a few days after our first visit and I do have to say that I bought my Jetta from Maura Broucek at your dealership because of how she treated us. More
Bobby was very friendly and helpful from the start. I called him about a vehicle I saw on the website but it was already sold so we ended up walking around the dealership and found another vehicle that w called him about a vehicle I saw on the website but it was already sold so we ended up walking around the dealership and found another vehicle that was nearly identical that had not yet been put on the lot. We knew what we wanted before we ever showed up and we intended to do business that day so Bobby got papers ready while we got our trade-ins ready. The pricing was very fair and the values they gave for our trade-ins were close to what we were expecting. Both Bobby, his manager, and the finance guy stayed until past close to work with us and Bobby even got the plates off of one of our cars to keep as a souvenir. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their professionalism and fairness. More
I just drove off with a brand-new 2011 Jetta (the first one sold from this dealer!).... This was one of those magical car-buying experiences where absolutely everything fell into place all at once, from tr one sold from this dealer!).... This was one of those magical car-buying experiences where absolutely everything fell into place all at once, from trade-in value to my interest rate and monthly payment to the EXACT trim level, color, etc I was looking for. I worked with James Baldwin Jr and he was the perfect sales person I wanted - no pressure, respected my time, helped me get everything I needed. I am surprised and spooked by the service comments on here - this is a really convenient dealer for me so I would hate to truck it across the metro to to another place! So far every person I have interfaced with has been great though. We'll see how it goes but so far I couldn't be happier. More
