He worked hard to secure the best interest rate he could find and worked up the numbers with every possible scenario so that I could make an informed decision. I purchased a vehicle from West Side 3 years ago and was lied to about the promises made with the purchase. They promise a full tank, discount gas & in this case free washes and oil changes for life. When I picked up the car they had to take it back to fill it up only at my request. The discount gas card and other discount service coupons were never provided & the oil changes / car washes were ignored. When I called to complain, that sales person was no longer with the company and they would no honor what he promised even though it was in writing. Recently, I brought the car in for warranty service and told them that the CV joints were clicking. To my disappointment, they only replaced the BOOTS and told me that the joints were fine even though you could hear the clicking around corners with all doors and windows closed. The deductible was $100. When I drove the car off the lot, it was still clicking. I brought it home thinking that perhaps the new grease would fix it, but it did not. i returned the car to them and told them that they needed to fix it because I had told them what the issue was the first time. Their tech drove the car and told me that he couldn't hear any clicking. I told him that the clicking is there and they need to drive it again. The second technician then said it had a bad joint. They refused to fix it again without me paying the deductible. I will never return. This review is being posted on any site I can find. It isn't the $100 that bothers me, it's the lack of respect for customers, lack of integrity & lack of honesty that bothers me most. More
