He also stayed late to take extra time with technical guidance with all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. At 10:00 PM was in the ground by my old vehicle retrieving an earring I’d said I’d lost in my vehicle that my son had given me and I just couldn’t get to..He got it! For the 2nd time, customer service WAY exceeded expectations. I bought VW again vs Nissan I was also evaluating because of the great VW feel (once used to it, you want it again…) and because of Brian’s approach to customer experience. Finance was great too! Westside service has also been great over the years and I’ve felt has always utilized great integrity. I know I’ll be well supported. Entire purchasing experience excellent! More
