Initially the part wasn't available but after approximatley a week Dan informed me it was in and we scheduled an appointment. I was set up with a loaner and 2 days later I was driving my car again. There was no charge for anything and Dan was very pleasant and helpful. More

Poor customer service My 50,000 mile service for my 2015 Passat Who is projected to cost almost $600. However that did not stop them from charging me $30 for a rental car My 50,000 mile service for my 2015 Passat Who is projected to cost almost $600. However that did not stop them from charging me $30 for a rental car to use while my car was being serviced. When I got in the rental car and started down the road, I realized there is no washer fluid in the windshield washer reservoir. Early February in Minnesota after a snowstorm is not a time to be without washer fluid. Despite being late for work, I pulled over and purchased a washer fluid and got back on the road. But then realized the real problem was that the washer fluid pump was out and I was stuck with slush on my windshield for a 75 mile drive. The next morning, when I went to return the rental and pick up my car, the windshield wiper broke off the wiper arm. And I couldn’t drive the car at all. Dealer gets 2 stars for reimbursing me for the Uber I took to get there. The car was serviced, but it wasn’t cleaned on the inside and was covered in snow when I came to pick it up More

He suggested what I should have done now, and what can wait. I never felt he was trying to deceive me or beat me out of my money as before with others. I am very confused about my tires. I take my personal safety very serious. I would hope Volkswagen takes our safety serious as well. More
