Purchased and put on winter snow tires The customer service and waiting areas were excellent. When I got home it seemed like my right front tire was low...so that was frustrating. Then my The customer service and waiting areas were excellent. When I got home it seemed like my right front tire was low...so that was frustrating. Then my low air in tire warning light went on, so we had to go put air in the tire right after having the new tires put on which was very frustrating. The low air tire sensor is still on and I am not sure how to reset that. More

Lacking customer service Derek lacks customer service, unfriendly and rushing to get out of the shop on a Friday night. I asked to get my snow tires put on with my oil change Derek lacks customer service, unfriendly and rushing to get out of the shop on a Friday night. I asked to get my snow tires put on with my oil change and that seemed like an inconvenience for him to do. Any question I asked just seemed like a choir for him. When the quote was pulled up on the screen it was way more than I had gone in there to spend. An additional $180 for a break fluid flush and not even explaining what that is and why I needed it done. I had explained that your guys in the past always work with me and take out what isn't necessary to get done, he obviously had sales to meet that day. All said and done literally rushed out of the shop at 6 with the lights off, worries me the car was rushed and not taken care of. Really liked this dealership as Brendan Chamberlin sold me the car, and the service advisers in the past were awesome, may not come back after this encounter. More
