Good job, but not a lot of follow thru I had to wait at the counter for 10 mins to have my advisor fix the $15 off coupon that was supposed to be taken off. He was too busy helping someone with their car that was waiting even though the counter gal called him 3 times, he never said anything to us. Then the older gentleman who was the runner who got my car was extremely flirty which made me extremely uncomfortable, he gave me my key but wouldn’t leave. Then I get out to my car and they never bothered washing it! WTH I have always had every single one of my 4 VW’s washed no ifs ands or buts! I have even had they wash my mats for me with out asking. I didn’t want to go ask the flirty runner to wash it for me. If fell like the lack of follow thru was very prominent yesterday. More

4yr 40k Service advisor let me know that because of the low mileage on my vehicle, not all of the services in the 40K schedule were needed.
