With all of the high tech features of this new car, I haven’t been able to return the display to my preferred setting. Nor could the person at the in-take desk. I still haven’t found anything in the manual to help either. More

Frustration My 2015 Passat had an air bag recall. I made an appointment, brought my car in, dropped it off, came back only to be told that Westside was out of air My 2015 Passat had an air bag recall. I made an appointment, brought my car in, dropped it off, came back only to be told that Westside was out of airbags! When I called to make another appointment I was told that it was on a first come first served basis and there might not be any left and I was to call the day before to check! Lynne was awesome and very supportive with my frustration. She did everything she could to make sure I got my airbags replaced. I brought my car in again and got the airbags replaced and was promised a car wash but did not get one. Again, Lynne was wonderful and I am always impressed with Westside's customer service but did not appreciate the first come first served policy. My time is valuable too and it was frustrating to have to be told that. It seemed disrespectful to me and also very unsafe if indeed the airbags deployed! I will recommend this service center because we are loyal over 25 years of being VW Westside customers, but hopefully I won't have to endure the first come first served policy again. More

Change one busted tire I was informed that a signal tire change swap would take around 45-60 minutes. We ended up being there around 3 hours+. I think they said they where running low on tires but for me a dealership/repair center running out of tires is like a baker running out of flour. I have had much better service from them in the past but that last visit was pretty bad. More
