We weren't really prepared to take it home with us, but Bill McElroy and Ryan Russell made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We were sure glad we took the short drive to Lux. In all of our experience in purchasing vehicles, we have never been made to feel respected and appreciated like we were by Bill and the other staff. Amazing Customer Service! The moment I pulled on the lot, Nick stepped up to greet me and made me feel welcome and valued without the pressure of most car dealers. He kept it c The moment I pulled on the lot, Nick stepped up to greet me and made me feel welcome and valued without the pressure of most car dealers. He kept it casual as we walked the lot and he steered me to the car I was looking for. During the test drive, he gave knowledgable information about the vehicle. Once I made the decision, Russell stepped up and made the finalization fast and efficient; they had me in and out as fast as I drank the free water. The atmosphere was fantastic and everyone was family-like. Even Pat and Nick brought a friendly air to the business. I hope there is no need for a new car in the future; but will absolutely hit up Lux if I look. Also, just walk their lot; their inventory is amazing and almost a dream car museum with aggressive prices to get you the best bang for you money. More
