I have bought a car there before and was very pleased with it. The car yesterday was for my mother and stepdad. I didn’t think they cleaned the car out very well. When they put the spare tire back in it was upside down and not hooked up. When they got home the spare key had a dead battery and we had to drive back out to get it fixed. Then the next time they got into it there was a warning light for the tire pressure. The left front tire had too much air in it and I had to let some out and reset it. They had to wait a very long time to see the finance woman. They are 91 years old and they shouldn’t had to wait that long. More

Had a van picked out, was wanting to trade in. Mogan low balled me. Pushed the offer across the table, told me to sign this. I asked what this number was for. $12,000 for my trade in. There is one for sale on the internet for $30,000. After 3 or 4 days trying to get an honest trade in value I asked to send the numbers in black and white for my husband to confirm the offer. Never heard back from them. Learned They sold the car. Not honest people. More
