First I have had 5 years of excellent service on my prior Silverado and their quick lane service is always top notch. Second my first sales experience was unlike anything I have experienced in the Cedar Rapids area. They were low pressure, very helpful and new their products. Jeff Hird I highly recommend for a salesman. Jeff is very focused on getting you the right vehicle for your needs. He was also able to contrast the Chevy and Ford offerings in a very unbiased manor. They did not try to lowball me on my trade like McGrath does. It was a fair and honest purchase. I will be back. More

Another excellent buying experience at Lynch Ford I am not sure how many cars that I have purchased from Lynch Ford but I think it's more than 10. I think I started purchasing cars right before Jeff Pottebaum started working there or maybe at the same time. Jeff has done an excellent job over the years. I send him an email telling him what I am looking for and within a couple of days he's found the car that I wanted. The excellent job that Jason Lester in Finance department did this time was nothing short of a Miracle. I know that Jeremy Clapham had a hand in the whole process as possibly others that I am not aware of. I know that it's a team effort with the ultimate goal of me driving off the lot with the car that I want. They hit a home run with the 2016 Ford Escape Titanium...I took it on a jaunt up to northern Wisconsin and then over to Milwaukee and then back to Iowa City. It performed great. What really keeps me coming back is the friendly atmosphere and the "Hello Brett" from guys like Luke Thole whom I have dealt with on a number of occasions while having my cars serviced. Just like any long term successful partnership....we have had a few bumps in the road but always in the end I know things will be taken care of.
