Had been dreading the hard sell but were pleasantly surprised by her style. She not only knew the cars but knew the inventory on the lot and helped to get us a good price. She made sure that the process was easy, including the insurance and DMV paperwork, and that we were able to buy the car that day. Very happy to give Lynch our business after that experience. More

POOR COMMUNICATION POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a warranty issue with my vehicle and brought it to lynch because I've had no prior issues with them in the past with service on my past vehicle. I had a warranty issue with my vehicle and brought it to lynch because I've had no prior issues with them in the past with service on my past vehicle. I arrived at the dealer to find a busy service desk with only 2 service advisors working the counter. Several customers in line looking agitated. Then it was my turn in line. I explained to the advisor that I was there for a Toyota warranty issue which caused my vehicle to go into limp mode. The advisor seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. So as we were discussing the issue which is a Toyota defect covered under Toyota warranty the advisor stated that he couldn't do the work for a couple days. I asked the dealer about a rental and he stated it's not covered at all. The advisor asked how fast I needed the work done and that he didn't have technicians for the work so it would have to be put off 2 days. I asked the advisor to make the vehicle drivable by clearing the code and he refused. When I offered to take the vehicle elsewhere he then had a technician retrieved the code and then cleared it making the vehicle drivable. The appointment was set up for 2 days later and the advisor called the parts department and confirmed that the parts were in stock and being held for my vehicle. A repair order was written for the appointment, I arrived for the appointment met by a different service advisor quite a bit more pleasant then the last. The RO. was made out and verified and signed and the vehicle was dropped off and the advisor stated it would be ready for the time requested 8 1/2 hours later (4 hour job). I had to find my own transportation from the dealer and back also. Throughout the 8 hour day I never received any phone calls from the dealer. I arrived at the dealer and yet another service advisor. The advisor was trying to complete my paperwork and was unsuccessful. After a few calls to the parts department to close out the RO. he said I'll be right back. The advisor returns and states the vehicle warranty work wasn't done because they didn't have the parts. The advisor was very short and when I stressed that this was an issue without a loaner the advisor and possibly a service manager advised they couldn't offer a loaner or anything. I was outraged that a dealer couldn't give a customer a call if there was an issue. I immediately contacted another area Toyota dealer and they offered a rental and guaranteed the work and parts are available because this is an ongoing warranty issue with these vehicles. I was given a nice loaner and the work was completed with a wash and a smile! More

He never hesitated to check different pricing points, etc.and his genuiness trumped all other dealers I had visited in our area. Julie, in Finance, streamlined the process and answered my questions and made the whole experience a simple, pleasureable one!
