My wife and I have been buying new vehicles for many years as we enjoy having the latest models and technology. I’m not one that likes to play games or spend a great deal of time in the dealership. I do my research ahead of time and then visit the dealership with a realistic expectation. We’ve purchased three new vehicles from Lynch Toyota over the years; Mike Coia is our personal choice for a salesman. Not only is he a very knowledgeable salesman, he’s a professional and acts like it. No funny business, he just listens to what you want and then explains to you if it can be done or not and why. This was our first time dealing with Julie Olsen in the office and likewise, she also displays the attitude that Mr. Lynch expects of all his employees. Even the parts department is always on the ball, Joe Manyon runs a tight ship and Ben Wagenbach is a great help as well. I’ve never had a negative experience at this dealership. Scott Bergin on the internet side of things is very good as well, no bait and switch at this dealership. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota, Scion or quality used vehicle to visit Lynch Toyota. More

I couldn't be happier with my Toyota experience. I stopped in with the notion I would see what was available and ended up buying a new Prius Plug-In! My salesman, Clint Dixon, had a plug-in himself, so he was able to show me the car, soup-to-nuts, even though there was no model available on site. He didn't waste my time - which is important to me - but focused on what I thought was important. I have already referred two friends to him. Jason Knapp was a definite plus in the finance department. I was certain that I would buy my car outright, but he spent a lot of time explaining to me the benefits of the lease option. I never felt pressured, either! I ended up saving $3000 leasing my car instead of buying it outright! He was straight and to the point about all of the options available and didn't press me to buy anything I didn't want. This is the second car I have purchased from Lynch Toyota, but it will not be the last! More
What a great group of guys, Sean greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. We sat down, figured out the right car for me with no pressure. Got a great deal on a car, they were easy to work with and I left later with the car! A++ Guys keep it up! More
I was replacing my 2009 Corolla. I contact them by email to price a 2014 Cambry Hybrid. Scott set up an appointment with Buddy for us. Buddy had the hybrid ready for us to look at and test drive if we wanted. He also was patient and understanding when we compared the Cambry with the new 2014 Corolla. We finally decided that the Corolla was the best car for us. We settled on one Coralla in particular. He, with Jason, completed our purchased. A pick up time 3 days later, at our request, was set up. They provided us with a check list on what to provide (registration and plates from our 2009, new Insurance ID Card and the old ID Card for loyality $$). Our new 2014 Corolla was ready for us at the appointment time and we drove it home 75 minutes later. Freddy welcomed us to the Lynch Toyota family and reminded us that they have Toyota owner dinner at the Dealership every other month on a Tuesday and we could expect an invitation. More

Just about everything bad you could think of from a car dealer. My family had previously done business with Lynch for almost 30 years, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Nice enough at the outset, but once they have the sale (and your $$) all bets are off. The General Manager, Terry Schurr, admitted as much in an email stating that I was correct in my observation that once they have the money, they don't seem to care for the customer at all. Michael Lynch Jr has not and will not respond to any of my requests. I had spent the better part of three years trying to get them to change the [offensive] spelling of my last name on their mailings, which they finally did after three years. No support after my "Certified Pre-Owned" Toyota Highlander Hybrid failed due to a recall issue they did not take care of and no response at all when the motor fell apart at only 93,980 miles. Toyota's customer care was of little help (they did nothing for me at all) but at least they had the courtesy to RESPOND. This dealership should be avoided at all costs, unless you like throwing money away. It's really a shame as we have done business with the Lynch family for many, many years. Michael Lynch Jr has brought a very large, very black stain to the Lynch name. Even with my recent experience I would have done business with them regardless of my feelings toward the Toyota brand if they had treated me like anything more than a sale. Ignored, disrespected and disregarded once the sale is final, Negative ratings are not possible, they don't even deserve the one star rating. More
I came in to test drive the highlander. Matt was very informative, took me through the car, on test drive and provided the most up to date info on this car. After visiting several dealerships in search of a new vehicle and having to deal with the usual sales pitch, it was a nice change to work with people that are straight forward and actually listen to the vehicle and having to deal with the usual sales pitch, it was a nice change to work with people that are straight forward and actually listen to the needs of a customer.
