I stopped by in the morning to have my '03 Avalon checked out for repairs. After I exhausted poor Mike (who displayed A LOT of patience and kindness)...and FINALLY chose a car...we had a deal!!! Shopping with Bob was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Prius PlugIn we purchased. He knew the vehicle backwards and forward . My wife and I were looking to buy a crossover SUV and looked at a Honda, Mazda and finally the Toyota. When we got to Lynch Toyota we were introduced to Nazmin and we told her we were considering buying looked at a Honda, Mazda and finally the Toyota. When we got to Lynch Toyota we were introduced to Nazmin and we told her we were considering buying a RAV4. We had a quick conversation about the RAV4 and then she took us on a test drive during which she explained all the features of the car. Nazmin was knowledgable in regards to knowing the features of the car and was determined to make the sale without being pushy or overbearing. Overall she made us feel like a valued customer and that the RAV4 was perfect for us. Julie was knowledgable on which places had the best rates and had the paperwork all in order for an easy transaction when picking up the car. She made the part of the paperwork being fun. Both Nazim and Julie were extremely helpful and offered answers to all of our questions. The only issue we had experienced once we had the car home we found scratches on the rear bumper of the car. After calling the dealership immediately, we spoke to Freddy who handled the issue in a very professional manner. He had an appointment set up for us to bring the car in to have a new bumper replaced as soon as possible. Making something that could have been a bad experience in a new car purchase a lot easier. When we got there for the appointment, Nazmin was at the door to greet us and the repair was made in a timely manner. All in all we enjoyed the experience of purchasing the new car. We felt that the customer comes first at all times and would recommend this dealership to friends and family as well as return when we are ready for a new purchase. More
