The Lynch Toyota team is great, was Awesome with me and my car problems. I was recently servicing my Avalon at Lynch and ran into some issues with my car. Overall, I was not charged for the time and days that my car was being looked at. The end result did end up being the catalic converter needed to be replaced. This was a an expensive job and due to some other issues that were going on I decided to trade my car into Lynch. After a good recommendation from a staff member I got a good rate for my trade in and Great used car. The process was Great , easy , fast and fun! This is my Fourth Toyota vehicle and this was easiest and less stressfull purchase. I would recommend anyone to Lynch! More

I have been servicing my 2010 Toyota corolla with Lynch Toyota for the last 3 years, and have had excellent service experience with them. I wanted to trade in the corolla this year and buy a new 2013 high Toyota for the last 3 years, and have had excellent service experience with them. I wanted to trade in the corolla this year and buy a new 2013 highlander limited. Scott the internet sales manager initially worked with me on my new car request. He scheduled a dealership visit and a test drive for me with Glenn. When I was satisfied with the vehicle, Glenn worked with me on the price and brought Terry in for a final discussion.Terry promised me a unbeatable price initially and he did it. No other dealership in CT, MA and NJ were able to even cut close on the deal he offered. Upon finalizing the price of the vehicle, Jason did the initial finance leg work for my vehicle, Julie did the final paperwork on the date of delivery. Everybody in Toyota put me, the customer, first above everything, they made the whole deal a breeze. They worked around my calendar and schedule. They were very sensitive to my beliefs and requests based on my beliefs. Unbelievable excellent service I have ever seen. Unlike other dealerships they did not use bait and switch methods with me.
