Everyone was helpful and friendly. I have 2 complaints. I was suppose to receive a phone call when my car was ready for pick up. I dropped it off at 1pm. By 4pm no one called me. I checked my Chevy app and it had all my new updates on there. So, I called to see if my car was ready for pick up. When I called there was a lack of phone etiquette. The man did not put me on hold or even move the phone away from his mouth when he yelled a question to everyone about whether or not they had assisted me. It was very loud in my ear. And then I could hear the man that answered on the other end holler his response. That is a lack of professionalism and courtesy I wish would improve. More
