Had an oil change service and an airbag recall completed on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with a damaged defrost cover that attaches near the dash. Several clips were broken. The service technic on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with a damaged defrost cover that attaches near the dash. Several clips were broken. The service technician stated there was nothing he could do about it and was very indifferent about it. When asked to speak to the service manager, he pointed to an office and walked off. The service manager offered to pay only half of the price to replace it, which I declined. I do not feel like I should pay for something that was not my doing. As for the service department, the waiting room is very uncomfortable. More
