I could not have had a better experience. I had driven to Alabama from Michigan when my check engine light went on. I called the dealership and they took me right in with a quick diagnosis. I'm not happy as I have never paid that much for a battery. That's high way robbery. $344. I could have gotten one from Costco for half of what you charged me and then $60 to install the battery. I will take it elsewhere in the future for service. You just lost a customer. I have purchased many vehicle in my 60 yrs of driving but never again from Lynn Layton.
