When I pulled into the Lynn Layton service garage Mike Adams was my service advisor. He walked up to me in less than 5 mins and began to assist me. Very professional. My appt was at 9 am and my service wa Adams was my service advisor. He walked up to me in less than 5 mins and began to assist me. Very professional. The service representative was helpful and forthcoming about the dangers with executing the recall. He also was informative about the work to be done.
