Service department took my truck immediately when I drove up and had my oil change and tire rotation finished in 25 minutes. !! Everyone I dealt with very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job…… which is be up and had my oil change and tire rotation finished in 25 minutes. !! Made an appt a week earlier, brought my car in and was told it would be ready in 1 day. We went out of town for the night so we checked on it when we got back but couldn’t get anyone that could tell us i told it would be ready in 1 day. We went out of town for the night so we checked on it when we got back but couldn’t get anyone that could tell us it was ready. We left several voicemails for George and one for Ben and even called the service dept. finally late afternoon we drove down to check on it and it had not been touched yet. Next day we picked it up. We used to have a Cadillac and always had wonderful service with y’all. Some how they dropped the ball on this visit! More
