Brought truck in for service due to a check engine light, they had the truck for a month, took forever to get a part that I could have ordered online. When we got the truck back the check engine light was st they had the truck for a month, took forever to get a part that I could have ordered online. When we got the truck back the check engine light was still on. Now I have to find another mechanic / service center but need the truck for work crew. Had another vehicle in there just before that one and when we got that back they had blown a fuse when working on it so our safety lights were inoperable and they just shrugged their shoulders. Needless to say we will not be bringing our trucks here anymore. More

The company was not involved with me and letting me know what was happening with my repair. When I called to inquire the staff answering the phone was short tempered and Ben was aggravated with any question what was happening with my repair.
