Was notified to schedule repair because they had the parts on hand, scheduled service 10 days out so I could take a vacation day to get work complete Was notified to schedule repair because they had the parts on hand, scheduled service 10 days out so I could take a vacation day to get work completed. Waited 30 minutes to get checked in for my scheduled appoint. 51 minutes after my scheduled appt time was notified they don’t have the part to repair. They were the ones that notified me to schedule the work because they had the part and they had 10 days notice of my appointment time to make certain they were ready to perform the service work. They didn’t have to trouble shoot first, this was a recall repair and knew what they needed. Wasted my entire day- unacceptable More
