I had my brand new 2023 Colorado towed in on a Saturday and I left an envelope describing my problem. I called on Monday and was told that maintenance was aware. Called on Tuesday-no progress. I was told that half the maintenance crew was out sick-understandable-beyond the control of management. Got a call on Wednesday AM telling me the truck was good to go. I picked it up that day. Wireless Computer updates performed by GM is blamed for the problem. Lynn Layton mechanics did their job. I'm disappointed in GM for allowing this to happen to a new truck!! More
