1. One item I was disappointed with was the time it took to get to the trade-in. Though the use of a Z-plan on my previous car, the title was put in my Mother's name (85 years old). I mentioned this to the staff first thing hoping she could sign it first thing and she could go home, however, she ended up waiting over an hour and half before they came to get her signature. The price for the trade in was determined very early in the process and they could have gotten her to sign the title within the first 10 minutes and be done with it. 2. The trade in value for my car was decided in the back ground without any input from me. I had 7 bullet points to increase the value, but I did not get a chance to mention any of them. More

Told them I was gonna wait on my vehicle so I could go back to work. They said it would take about an hour which is fine. But they never told me service was done because they didn’t give paperwork to the back to work. They said it would take about an hour which is fine. They do very good repairs. However, when purchasing my vehicle, I was decided. The vehicle had 4000 miles on it, I had to buy a rim, a tire, a jack and luggage racks.
