Worst service department ever! All young kids on their cell phones watching and sharing TikTok’s ordering breakfast at the front desk and just all congregating at the desk. No one All young kids on their cell phones watching and sharing TikTok’s ordering breakfast at the front desk and just all congregating at the desk. No one at Valet. No customer service. The service team is extremely rude and obnoxious and they all laugh like the joke is on you! Don’t patronize this dysfunctional business! More
I would avoid this dealership if you value transparency. I spent time discussing a 2022 Kia EV6 and was told the salesperson was 'talking to the manager' to verify the price. Instead of getting the promised I spent time discussing a 2022 Kia EV6 and was told the salesperson was 'talking to the manager' to verify the price. Instead of getting the promised callback, I was ghosted. While waiting for their response, they quietly hiked the listed price by over $2,000. It’s a classic stall tactic: keep the customer waiting on 'manager approval' while they adjust the price upward behind the scenes. If you’re looking for a straightforward transaction without games or price-creeping, go somewhere else. Very unprofessional way to handle a serious buyer. More
Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest Pricing, No Communication, and Empty Apologies Since I live over three hours away, I called ahead before 2 PM hoping to finalize a purchase. I had been in con Communication, and Empty Apologies Since I live over three hours away, I called ahead before 2 PM hoping to finalize a purchase. I had been in contact with a salesperson named Jerald the day before, but despite multiple texts, I never received a reply. I followed up again the next morning—still no response. Undeterred, I called the dealership directly and was initially greeted by a kind and helpful woman named Anna. She provided what seemed like a fair out-the-door (OTD) price over the phone. I asked for the breakdown in writing so I could review it before making the trip—she agreed, but never sent it. As my 2 PM deadline approached, I called again. I was transferred three times before speaking with a different salesperson who quoted me a price over $6,000 more than the listing. When I asked for a breakdown of fees or any justification, the communication shut down completely. No follow-through. No paperwork. Just silence. I left a review expressing my concerns. To their credit, I received a public reply from James Morando, the General Sales Manager, inviting me to reach out directly. So I did. I called the number provided and, as expected, it led to the main line—not to James. After more holds and transfers, I was eventually connected with another staff member (not James), who politely told me James would be “in touch soon.” That was at 9:00 AM. I have not heard a word since. It’s clear that response was only meant to save face. This dealership’s pattern is now obvious: • Inflated OTD pricing with no explanation • No written confirmation when requested • Repeated broken promises and deflections • A manager who won’t speak to the customer even after publicly inviting them to call At this point, I’m done. I wanted to believe they were different. They’re not. Summary: • No follow-through, even when I was ready to buy • Massive price jump with no justification • No transparency or willingness to communicate • 3.1-star rating that seems well-earned Final Note: This review will also be shared across Google, Yelp, DealerRater, and other major platforms to ensure future customers are aware. Shady pricing and silence are not acceptable business practices. More

Then. kept hearing a noise on the front end and they said they could not find anything wrong. Go to find out suspension bracket was damaged. They deny anything and it’s not covered probably the same guy who crossed thread at the plug put it on the lift and broke the brack. Keep denying refused 1400 to fix it. I put down a $4,000 deposit at Lynnes Hyundai based on their promise that they had the car I wanted. That turned out to be a lie—they neither had the car nor could they acquire it. Instead, they tried to their promise that they had the car I wanted. That turned out to be a lie—they neither had the car nor could they acquire it. Instead, they tried to pressure me into buying a different vehicle. When I refused and explicitly told them not to cash my check, they cashed it anyway. After three weeks of poor customer service and getting nowhere, I reported them to Hyundai corporate. Only then did I finally get my down payment back. Save yourself the hassle—go somewhere else. Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased. More

I called on my way there to confirm that the car had not been sold and was promised it was available. When I got there the car was nowhere to be found. 6 weeks later it is still on the website. If buying from them get a detailed invoice to avoid being upsold by several thousand dollars. Also get the price not the monthly payment to avoid being misled about what you are actually being charged. More
I unfortunately have to edit this review after having my Palisade for 4 months. They took my returned BM lease and after telling me I owed nothing, almost got me sent to collections for not paying the net return fee (less the month I already paid in!) After calling MANY times trying to get more information about what occurred, I finally call to find my salesman was no longer there and was told they were "not aware the return fee was not listed in the settlement payment". They did not offer to settle the fee even though I signed an affidavit stating I did not owe anything. They promised to send me a check but a month later-- nothing. Seems like they will say whatever they need to in order to close the deal but don't follow up with good customer service. I shouldn't have to call across multiple days to get a call back! More
Went to see a vehicle I saw Online. The salesman was very friendly and respectful. We Negotiated a Deal. I was told that they would reach out to me with the final price. Waited 2 weeks. The salesman was very friendly and respectful. We Negotiated a Deal. I was told that they would reach out to me with the final price. Waited 2 weeks. I gave them a call to see what was the status of the offer. Another Gentleman said that they cannot finalize the negotiated offer because they had to fix an issue. So the marked price was the price for the vehicle. So I was still interested in the Vehicle until I was sent the breakdown expense and saw $4000 in extra fees excluding taxes and document fees. This is legal robbery. And was told the extra fees are standard. I’ve bought numerous cars from dealers and never experienced a mark up of $4000. Especially when the vehicle is almost 9 years old. Was definitely disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership. More
Don’t fall for their deceptive sales tactics. They are the reason car salesmen have such a bad reputation. First, their online prices are 100% false. Spent my day working with Zain on an $80,000 They are the reason car salesmen have such a bad reputation. First, their online prices are 100% false. Spent my day working with Zain on an $80,000 vehicle. Offered $16,000 for my trade in ($7,000 below the KBB trade in value. I was also doing $9,000 cash down and paying taxes and registration fees out of pocket. This man had the audacity to come back to me with a financed amount of $90,000. I stopped listening at a $10,000 “reconditioning” fee for a practically new vehicle with just 13,000 miles on it. He did graciously agree to add an extra key -_- Stay away from them and if you absolutely have to purchase with them, review your documents in detail. Don’t let them fool you! There are plenty of dealers you can take your business to. More
