Hi James, please call me back as soon as you can regarding this matter at 201-780-3753. The lease end disposition fee almost put me into collections because Lynnes was saying that the issue was handled and I had to call multiple times to get an answer after my salesmen, Dre, left the team. The disposition fee was $275 and I had sent the documentation to Dre who he said he gave to his sales manager to handle and that I did not need to call BMW back.
