I leased a car with them. That went ok. The lease buyout was a different story. It felt rushed and often seemed like a bate and switch. They offered 1 bank they said was the l That went ok. That rate was much higher than the rate I got with my bank for lesser financing. They immediately lowered the rate more in line with my bank. Why didn't they just give me the lowest rate in the beginning? On top of that, they said the needed and inspection and would take 20 minutes. After a couple hours of paperwork I had to wait an additional hour to get my car back. The process was a nightmare. More
