Positive Experience - first time leasing on my own. This is the first time I decided to buy or lease a car on my own without being accompanied by someone with more experience. I have to say, it went rea This is the first time I decided to buy or lease a car on my own without being accompanied by someone with more experience. I have to say, it went really well! There was a delivery issue initially with the car I ordered, but instead of masking it and not being honest about the build of the vehicle that came in, they told me right away when they noticed. They gave me the option to take the standard build for obviously less than the initial price (it was a cheaper car and they offered a fantastic deal) or offered to re-order the build I wanted so I can drive it a couple days later. All during their busy Memorial Day weekend time. I decided to go with my original decision and they even offered an additional discount for the inconvenience. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and RESPECTFUL - which I learned you don't find everywhere. I recommend to anyone! Also love Hyundai - it is my second car from their line and I couldn't be happier! More
