When he found out that I would be leaving for vacation, he ensured that my vehicle was ready for pick up before I left. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. At pick up, the Finance Manager was quick, efficient and explained everything to our satisfaction. With all follow up items, such as when we discovered we left something in our former vehicle and when my registration/plates came in, the whole staff was friendly and responsive. More
