We walked into Lynnes to find that our regular salesperson (we have purchased several cars here in the past) was on vacation and the manager who we usually dealt with was also on vacation. Since we had not expected to purchase a new car at this particular time, we were unprepared financially. We dealt with two salesmen, Anthony and Steve, who were GREAT. They made us an offer we could not refuse! THANKS Anthony and Peter for helping us out in our time of need. Also many thanks to the manager who helped to make this deal. (Sorry we cannot remember his name) I have recommended Lynnes many times in the past and will do so again. All these guys helped to get us through this most difficult time. More

Wasted My Time and Played Games Avoid at all costs. I had a price promise from Edmunds on a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. I was suspicious when I received it cause the vehicle was not listed Avoid at all costs. I had a price promise from Edmunds on a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. I was suspicious when I received it cause the vehicle was not listed in their inventory when I searched the stock and vin number after receiving the quite on Tuesday night. I was contacted by sales rep, Judy Galarza asking me if I can come in so I made an appointment for the very next day at 1:30pm. I confirmed my appointment via email that morning that I was scheduled to go to the dealership and when I arrived I was told that Judy wasn't there nor were they expecting her. I was handed off to another young man to start the process of putting together a deal. I presented the Edmunds Price Promise Certificate and he asked me if the quote provided would work for me as far as taking the vehicle home today. I said I understood there would be add-ons such as tax, title, registration and the usual documentation fees that they tack on so basically I thought when all was said and done I'd be paying roughly around $25K give or take a hundred or two. So he goes into his managers office and about 5 minutes later comes back and asked me if I was an active member of the military which I said no. He goes back in to the managers office and then comes back out and asked if I ever owned a Hyundai before which I replied no. Away he goes back to see manager and comes back over and says he has good news and bad news which do you want to hear first?. Is there anything else worse on planet earth then when someone says that to you. I told him flat out to stop the xxxxxxxx and tell me everything up front now. So he says the car that I was quoted the price on was sold this morning but they had 3 other Tucsons that they could offer me a great deal on. 2 were 2 thousand dollars more than my quote and one was 2500 more. I told this young man that I had to make arraignments to leave my job early today which I told Judy that I was doing and then I drive up here and after 20 minutes of talking to the dealer they inform me the car was no longer available. I don't know about you but my time is valuable to me and at the very least I should have been contacted and informed the car was not available. Another creepy thing is that the salespersons desk is up on a step and you sit across from him in these low chairs that accentuate the height difference in salesperson and customer. I guess they want you to feel that you are really being looked down upon. The fact that they don't realize this is bad for business is pretty amazing. Anyway I ended up taking a price promise certificate to Maxon Hyundai on Rt 22 in Union. It was for a Tucson with a add-on package and was $1000 more than the proce quoted at Lynns. I actually ended up getting the car for $300 less than the quote on the certificate. So take your business to Maxon and ask for Damian. The first thing he did for me was show me that the e act vehicle was indeed in stock and let me drive it. I walked out with a great deal that was at the low end of the Trucar price range. More
