Not only did I call to inform them the blue link was not working and is still not working since day 1, they said they would call and take care of it , which clearly didn't happen nor did I receive a call back from the company or from Mr Harris to see why it's not working. Clearly I was promised a starter on the car and this is the main reason I purchased a fully loaded car and drove it out of the lot. Unfortunately I did not receive what was promised More

I t didn't matter because I could see that they are doing their best in giving the best service. Especially Chris who has been really dedicated to helping me out from the start till the deal was finalized and closed. This dealership gave me a better deal compared to the other stores I went!
