TrueCar.com is NOT true After having a great experience at Lynne's Nissan where they honored the TrueCar.com price that THEY chose to participate in, I had awful experience After having a great experience at Lynne's Nissan where they honored the TrueCar.com price that THEY chose to participate in, I had awful experience at Lynne's Hyundai. I went in to make an easy deal. Just like at their Nissan store; pick a make and model, choose a color, get the TrueCar.com price, leave quickly. This didn't happen. Needless to say, my time was wasted, and I left very unhappy. The dealer still follows up with me to "earn my business" which is such a joke. They had an opportunity to earn my business the first time! As a business man I understand that the dealer is in business to earn a profit and that the TrueCar.com price is a "loss-leader" for the dealership, however if they don't want to sell the vehicles for such a low price, they shouldn't participate in the first place. More

The worst experience ever John Foster said it was a done deal. When I went to pick up the car he changed all the figures.
