Joe Longo was very knowledgeable and friendly and a man who has served our country. He took the time after the sale to acclimate me to my new ride and made what is usually a less than pleasurable experience actually enjoyable. Ask for Joe. You won't be dissapointed. More

I have been dealing with the same salesman at Lynnes Subaru for a couple of weeks. The salesman and I came to an agreed, itemized price. I made plans to begin the purchasing process and then there was a 'Oh by the way we forgot to add...' moment. The dealership claims to have forgotten to add a $495 "Certification Fee" for the Service Department. It is ludicrous that this "fee" was not included in the pricing since the dealership claimed that it is mandatory. Needless to say, I am no sucker; deal off. This is one of the reasons that car salesmen and car dealerships do not have a glowing reputation. More

Too many Issues I brought a 2013 Subaru in early July 2014 with 3K miles on it. Was promised a gas fill on my next visit, which didn't happen. My CRX also needed a I brought a 2013 Subaru in early July 2014 with 3K miles on it. Was promised a gas fill on my next visit, which didn't happen. My CRX also needed a mega oil change, which I felt the dealership should have provided before selling me the car. The car had a scratch on the back panel, which the salesman assured me that it shouldn't cost much and made an appt. for me to come in. I showed up only to find that my salesman was not there, and no one knew about the appt.; so I had to wait for the manager to come back for lunch (having taken time off from work to do this). Then they proceeded to tell me that there was no body shop on the premises (which was not explained to me) and so I had to then take it to their body shop at the cost of $300 to get a scratch fixed. Needless to say it was more that I certainly expected, and so the scratch remains. Also after almost 4 weeks of not receiving any information from the bank, I called and emailed my salesman, Gregory, and Joe the finance guy to no avail. I finally left a message to speak to the manager, when magically the finance guy called me back, ASSURING me that there would be NO issue with my payment being late (the paperwork was still apparently held up in accounting). I FINALLY received paperwork on August 2, when I was literally walking out the door going on vacation; showing the payment as being DUE ON AUGUST 5. Nightmare. I love my Subaru, but miss Nissan's World of Springfield, NJ's excellent customer service :( More
