Don't go looking for a car anywhere else! !! Buying a Honda was not on my radar at all as I've owned Subaru's for the last 14 years. But when I realized that Honda had a HYBRID CRV I had to g !! After texting with salesperson Jules Cecilio I went in to test drive their demo vehicle. I fell in LOVE with the CRV!!! It is spacious, but not huge and undriveable like other midsize SUV's. There is plenty of room for my growing teenager and his friends, Costco runs, hauling stuff to the coast for a getaway, and road trips to visit family out of state. Now, let me tell you about Jules Cecilio. She is AMAZING! I have met many salespeople through the years and dealt with a lot of rudeness. Salespeople trying to sell me a different vehicle or ignoring me because I don't "look" like I can afford their cars. (I'm a teacher). Jules treated me with respect throughout the whole process. She was honest and up front about the price, pre ordering, and delivery dates. She answered all my questions and talked to the service department with me when I requested modifications be made to the vehicle (different interior trim, crossbars, all weather mats, and bumper guard). Jules made buying a new car completely stress free! I have shared my CRV buying story with several groups on social media and friends that I work with. Everyone was shocked how fast I was able to get a new vehicle with all the shortages. From test drive to delivery it was less than a month! As my son gets older we will need to get him a vehicle. I moved to Seattle last month and I just returned my company’s rental car, so I’m without a car right now. But it just seemed impossible to find a car in this weird day and age where dealers don’t have company’s rental car, so I’m without a car right now. But it just seemed impossible to find a car in this weird day and age where dealers don’t have new cars on their lots and the used cars are selling for above new car MSRP. I was just about to give up after talking with several dealers who asked for some absurd amounts of dealer markups for any new car I can find within a month. Then I got to know John Chung of Lynnwood Honda. He was very professional, courteous, and most of all ‘transparent’ from the beginning of our interaction to the very end when I drove my new Honda Accord Sport 2.0T off the lot. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t believe I am saying this because this is the seller’s (dealer’s) market and there are buyers lined up to buy new cars. John and the Lynnwood Honda team were patient waiting for me to come in because I was on an out-of-town trip, but worked very efficiently while I was away to make my car buying experience a breeze. John even gave me several helpful tips such as obtaining a WA state driver’s license, finding a good insurance broker, and more. And on the day of purchase, when John walked me through the car features, helpful websites, technical setup, and so on, I was really impressed with his thorough explanation and thoughtfulness throughout.
