Overall it was a good experience. I got a good deal on my truck. The one thing that I wasn't thrilled about is the fact that the young salesman quoted me a certain amount for my trade I got a good deal on my truck. The one thing that I wasn't thrilled about is the fact that the young salesman quoted me a certain amount for my trade in but on the paperwork it was $2,000 less. I was quoted $9,500 for my trade in but the final paperwork had it listed as $7,500. When I brought this to his attention he didn't have an answer for me at all. More

My only criticism of the sales process, was that we were discussing the MSRP price all along and then ... BAM! ... here are an additional $3K of dealer add-ons. My purchase experience was pleasant. The process went quickly - it wasn't an all day affair, which was gret. My dealer was really nice. With that said, I did not read my contract so that part is on me. Upon review days later after purchase, I learned my finance rate is higher than I was told, the car purchase price was higher than I was told and higher than other cars of the same model, and I agreed to accessories that was not discussed. I negotiate contracts for a living. But I failed in every respect to advocate for myself. At the end of the day, that's on me. But I cannot give this dealer five stars. Another issue is that I was not provided the paperwork that the IRS requires in order to be eligible for the clean car tax credit. Finally, I did not get the blue book value for my car, which I knew going in. But I thought my car was 4K cheaper than it end up being. Needless to say, I feel that I was taken advantage of a bit.
