This truck was a2025 Ram 1500 with 21500 miles,It was also a certified Truck!Noah my salesman instructed me to file a warranty claim and they would take care of it!!! The molding is unexceptionable,Was told by customer service it was from the sun!!!It needs to be replaced!!! Drivers side front door was off center when I purchased the truck and they tried to fix it but it’s still uneven!!! Radio in truck locks up at will and resets itself!Was told after a lengthy service visit that a new radio was ordered,That was 2 weeks ago. When I purchased the truck I was asked if the Feb 2 due date worked for me?I asked for the middle of the month and was told I could get the 19 of February for an additional 2 dollars a month!I greeted to this.Payment went up but due date stayed on the 2nd of February! James Hodges 3368477890 2025 Ram 1500 purchase January 6th Went to the dealership today to address the fitmat of the drivers side door,I was informed by Steve Davenport that their body shop couldn’t fix my door!When I purchased this truck I noticed the door format was off and was told it would be fixed as part of our agreement!This was part of our agreement That this be fixed.I would never have purchased this truck if I had know that they were misleading me on fixing it!Im pretty sure trying to fix something is not legal or right.Now Mr Davenport says I should have purchased a new truck!!!This is just a long line of disappointment I’ve had to endure by doing business at this dealership! No one has contacted me from the dealership to try and address any of the many issues I’ve laid out here!so be careful if you purchase here,Don’t wind up like me! James Hodges
