2015 New No Smell 0K Miles vs 2011 Used with Smell 60K Miles I went to go buy a used car and it had a strong interior smell that was covered with a deodorizer. The cost of the new car vs used was only 4K difference Eddie Colville got us in and out in just a few hours with a brand new car. The experience was exceptional, I appreciate the time he gave to us. My wife was happy with a new car vs a used, from a piece of mind and smell perspective. The dealerships customer service is done exceptionally well with lifetime free car washes and 7 free oil changes and this even led me to buy the extended warranty for a nominal fee giving me 7 years of coverage + roadside assitance, important for teenage drivers, who don't know how to change a tire. The experience was worth my time and I will most likely go there again. More
Please don't go here ! I was so unfortunate to find this dealer in Crystal Lake. I call it Karma, as I had to drive 10-11 miles to go. I wasn't sure why I brought two cars in the same week from this dealer. My second car was an used one. They created a scene that they are taking my old car for $2000, but I didn't realize the car that I purchased price was increased. The listing price was 10995 but the sales person used 11995 to close the deal. Without realizing the trap, I was so fooled by their so friendly stupid words. When I asked the sales guys for the price difference, he told me that $985 for used car reconditioning. Well, that should be part of the car price isn't it? I just did not understand why? .. Well, I appreciate the sales person skills in making you feel special at the same ripping you apart!! More
Front License Plate?!? My family and I just moved here from Michigan. I had just went to get my new Illinois license plate, DL, registration, etc., and to my surprise, there My family and I just moved here from Michigan. I had just went to get my new Illinois license plate, DL, registration, etc., and to my surprise, there were 2 plates in the shrink wrap. Was this an mistake?!? Nope it was not. So, I had no place to put the front plate on my 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE (yes, a 2002!). But I did have the plate holder & screws in my trunk. I called M'lady the following day, and Peter & Colin not only sympathized with me, they told me to come in & they'll fix me right up! And thanks to Bryant, the mechanic, who took care of me in 2 minutes flat! Thank you so much guys! More

DO NOT BUY THERE Talked online to a rep for M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake(an hour away) and had quoted me an e-price and had told him I was financing myself. Had also Talked online to a rep for M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake(an hour away) and had quoted me an e-price and had told him I was financing myself. Had also asked what the Out the Door price would be but they don't do that so he sent me the 7% tax, title and license, and doc fee. So I drive down and talk to the sales rep and find out that their online people messed up and the price is 500 higher because I am not financing through them and 850 more for destination charge. So the car is now almost $2000 more then expecting. No remorse from the sales rep, just that they screwed up. They kept pushing to finance through them and told me that they couldn't sell me the car at the price talked about and that is that. More
