Very Dishonest! Bait and Switch EXPERTS! If I could give this dealership negative stars I would! The 2011 Murano that I leased through M'lady Nissan was nearing its expiration. After being inundated with phone calls and voice mails (which I've saved) by Eddie Coville-even after I told him to stop calling and let me make a decision on my own, for convenience sake, I went to M'lady Nissan to trade in my 2011 Murano for a new one that was supposed to have the same options for the same monthly payment with no money down (which I have a text from Eddie Coville stating these particulars). During the signing process, Eddie Coville tried to get a $500 down payment, which he angrily removed when I showed him the text HE sent me. Oddly, in the finance office, I was required to give them a check for the first payment. Eddie Coville stated that Nissan makes the dealership take the first payment. A week later, I got my first statement from Nissan. How sneaky! The day after purchasing the new car I couldn't find the button for the heated steering wheel, so I called Eddi Coville-my fast talking salesman. He proceded to laugh and told me that there isn't one. When I said that may be a problem and I might not want the new car, he quickly cut me off by saying there wasn't anything he could do that day, since it was a Saturday, and he'd call me Monday with a solution. He didn't. I called and spoke with Mir Ali-the alleged sales manager. He was rude and indignant toward me, and said he'd look into things and call me back later that day. He didn't. Five days passed before I got a call from ANYONE at M'lady Nissan, but the young man calling was still trying to get me to trade in my 2011 Murano. Really? I proceded to tell this young man named Bret my story. He was very understanding, saying that if it were him, he'd be really upset too. He promised to pass my information along to his boss-Sam Obenchain-and assured me that he'd call me Monday, as I work every Saturday and am unavailable to take phone calls. He called Saturday anyway, leaving a message that he'd call back Monday. No surprise...he DIDN"T! At 5:00pm Monday, 10 days after this rotten experience began, I called Sam Obenchain. He was very snotty with me asking "What do you want us to do?" I gave him 3 suggestions-install a heated steering wheel, lower my payment, or install a remote start and I can heat up the whole interior myself.Each suggestion was countered by Sam Obenchain with a "What if that's not an option?" I thanked Sam for his time,and said that I wanted to speak directly to Jim M'lady. I had been told by some one working there that he was going to be at the dealership the next day (Tuesday). Sam Obechain assured me that Jim M'lady would call me that very next day...HE DIDN'T!!! I've taken my complaint to Nissan Customer Care, who've opened an official case file and have made at least 4 attempts to resolve my issue. Mir Ali said they should be able to install the remote start, but he had to "run it by" his general manager Sam Obenchain. Customer Care has had no resolution either. Mir will no longer accept their calls, nor will he return them. This has all gone on with Eddie Coville knowing that I need another car for my kids in a couple of weeks. I was so pleased of the was that I was treated and guided of what kind of car was better for me. Severo was my salesman the first time and he was quite a professional and he seemed to completely know what he was doing. The second person I had the pleasure of meeting was Eduardo who was also very kind and real professional. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle I strongly recommend that you look nowhere else but Jim M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake IL. The people here have the best deals on wheels and they truly find the SUV that is right for you. I am truly grateful for Severo, Eduardo, and all of Crystal Lake Jim M'Lady Nissan for all of their hard work and dedication! More
Juke Lover Just purchased my first Juke from M'Lady Nissan. I had looked at them back in January and thought I wanted the Nismo. However, my fabulous salesman, Just purchased my first Juke from M'Lady Nissan. I had looked at them back in January and thought I wanted the Nismo. However, my fabulous salesman, Richard, showed my husband and I different versions and colors and let us take one for a spin. He didn't have to sell me, I fell completely in love with a little Bordeaux Black Juke and made up my mind that we were meant for each other. The buying process was quick and painless, everyone at the dealership was great to work with and I have never left a car deal on such a cloud. Even my husband was thrilled with my new car and said we got a great deal and the car is "perfect" for me. Thank you M'Lady - we'll be back! More

This person has no respect on his clients. He never listen to clients voice. He never explain price details and has no information. He even makes a mistake in cost calculation. My first experience at M’Lady Nissan was not the best. I decided to give them a second chance with an internet quote. M’Lady followed up the quote with a phone call. I explained that I was not sure if I wanted to deal with them again. She had me explain what happened and apologized for my experience. Within 5-10 minutes, my phone rang again and it was Scott M’Lady. We talked about what happened. He told me to give him a call when I was ready. He said that he would personally take care of me. He did just that. He took care of everything with no back and forth. It ended up being a good experience after all. I love my Murano. More
