My first experience at M’Lady Nissan was not the best. I decided to give them a second chance with an internet quote. M’Lady followed up the quote with a phone call. I explained that I was not sure if I wan decided to give them a second chance with an internet quote. M’Lady followed up the quote with a phone call. I explained that I was not sure if I wanted to deal with them again. She had me explain what happened and apologized for my experience. Within 5-10 minutes, my phone rang again and it was Scott M’Lady. We talked about what happened. He told me to give him a call when I was ready. He said that he would personally take care of me. He did just that. He took care of everything with no back and forth. It ended up being a good experience after all. I love my Murano. More

I just purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from M'Lady Nissan.
