I came in for service that I believed was covered under a protective package I purchased. To my disappointment it was not covered, but Sal gave me some other options and made sure I was satisfied with the s protective package I purchased. I talked to Abe because I felt I was mislead with the package I purchased and I was upset. He took the necessary action to keep me from feeling " taking advantage of". To my surprise Severo who sold me my car recognized me and went with me into the service center and assured me I would be taken care of. How great is that, all 3 employees caring about one customer and wanting to keep me a M'Lady customer. Bravo to Sal who was so patient with me and from the beginning to the end very professional and accommodating. GREAT SERVICE! More

I have been a M'Lady customer in the past with a 2009 Nissan Rogue lease. I had such a great experience at that time, so when Eddie Colville called and offered to buy out my current lease and get me into Nissan Rogue lease. Eddie was professional and got me a great deal on a 2013 Rogue (the one I wanted). I purchased a remote starter and one week later Sal Visconti had it installed in only a few hours, while giving me a free loaner car. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel like a VIP customer. I look forward to a long relationship with the folks at M'Lady Nissan. I will definitely be telling all my friends to check them out. I love my 2013 Rogue! More
