I just bought my Altima from them this evening. Patti sent me a email quote, answered all questions I had through email, then I walked in there tonight. I I picked the one I wanted and we went in. The internet quote I had is what I paid. I went into finance with my check from my bank. My bank had given me 5.49% financing. I met Bryan Murphy in the finance office and he was able to get me 0.9%. I will be telling everyone I know about M'Lady Nissan for months to come. More

I did go to Mlady Nissan to get a feel for the car. I live two minutes away from there. Scott let me drive the car by myself so that I would not feel uncomfortable. I just bought two new cars from Geno, a Altima and Armanda.. They pulled a quick one on me which was my fault but after getting home I reveiwed my contract and saw they took $500 hundred dollars off e Armanda.. They pulled a quick one on me which was my fault but after getting home I reveiwed my contract and saw they took $500 hundred dollars off each car from the MSRP. I was underwater on one car which was rolled into the lease of the Armanda and the remaing payments on our other car was rolled into the Altima , which I do not have a problem with but no one explained to me how they got there.. Which again is my fault but I did catch it less than 2 hours later.. When I called up my Salesmen (Geno) to complain I was upset and did use the F-word which is wrong but Geno instantly threatened me and told me to come down to the dealership and he would "kick my xxx" .. What a way to be treated after buying two cars from them. I am waiting for a call back from Bryan Murphy but have not received one as of yet PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!! More

I just purchesed a vehicle from M'Lady Nissan. It was very snowy out and the snow countinued to come down and I told them I was coming in later, probably 7:45. Patti and Abe said they were closing a bit early due to the snow however insisted they would stay opened until I got there. They did and made sure all of the cars i wanted to see were pulled inside so I didn't have to stand outside in the cold and snow. I have never had this type of experience at any dealership I have been too. They were accomadating and I know they wanted to go home but waited for me to buy my car so I didn't have to drive to work tomorrow with an old junky car. When I met wqith the finance manager I was afraid I couldn't get financed but Brian assured me there was no problem. I have on my ride home called three people who are in the market for cars and told them to talk to Abe and Patti. They were wonderful and I wish to express thanks to them and Brian was amazing. More

I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano from Jim M'Lady Nissan. I went to them after being referred by a close friend. I worked with Scott(sales person) and Mir (General Manager) to help me find the exac Nissan. I went to them after being referred by a close friend. They helped me learn all of the aspects of my new vehicle explaining in great detail how everything worked. I even had questions later and I was able to stop in and get answers. They really took the time to make sure that I had a fabulous experience with them. I also worked with Bryan in finance and he was very patient with me and helped me with getting the best interest rate. I've been back in and everyone I worked with remembered my name which really meant a lot to me seeing as how they deal with so many people on a daily basis. I went to M'lady nissan only after recieving an email from them. After shopping around and looking for the best deal Nissan of Crystal Lake offered the best overall value.
