I just purchased my first car, a 2013 Rogue last week and I am loving my car. The facilities were gorgeous, they answered all of my questions and really paid attention to what I was looking for. Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima on September 14th, came home to find that the other remote start only worked sometimes, found some kind of a nest under the hood, the check engine light came on and there was a r to find that the other remote start only worked sometimes, found some kind of a nest under the hood, the check engine light came on and there was a rattle somewhere around the dashboard. Called service and brought the car back the following Friday before we left for vacation. We informed them that we would be returning on Wednesday the 25th so we would like to pick it up then. They had the car for 5 days and said they fixed the rattle, sposedly something in the visor, the couldn't find anything wrong with the remote, they thought they fixed the check engine light. Brought the car home and the check engine light is back on. Called service and brought car back on Thursday the 26th. They said they thought it was the gas cap and had to order it and it wouldn't be in until Saturday the 28th. Saturday they called and said they got the wrong cap or ordered the wrong cap, either way now it won't be ready until Tuesday October 1st. I find this totally ridiculous first to have these problems with a new car and to have to wait almost a week now for a gas cap that they "think" is why they think the check engine light came on and why do I need a new gas cap with a new car that should have a new gas cap already. Currently purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. The price was below what I expected this car can be purchase and the sales agent made it very easy to complete the deal. Bait and Switch!!!! Do not buy a car from Ed or anyone else at this dealership. I recently had the worst car buying experience (if I can call it that) I've ever had. Ed is the most transactional car sales else at this dealership. I recently had the worst car buying experience (if I can call it that) I've ever had. Ed is the most transactional car salesman I've ever seen even though he brags that he has over 30 years of experience. I drove over 3 hours to get there, once I did the "sales manager" didn't want to give me the same amount of money Ed stated he would give me. My car was everything I said it was and Ed even agreed. This place has sales people swarming you the second you pull in the lot, they have a sales person who almost runs back and forth from side to side of the dealership and they use radios to tell the other sales people where to go "flock". It was almost comical to watch these desperate sales people during the hour I was there. There is now way the reviews on this website are real. I bet anything they force the sales people to go on this site and hype up the dealership. Do not buy from this dealership, you are pressured from the moment you drive onto the lot and then they make you feel stupid and belittle you if you decide not to buy. If you are from out of town do not bother dealing with these people, they know since you made an effort of driving a great distance they will jack the price up once you arrive, which is exactly what happened to me. BUYER BEWARE! More
