Bait and Switch!!!! Do not buy a car from Ed or anyone else at this dealership. I recently had the worst car buying experience (if I can call it that) I've ever had. Ed is the most transactional car sales else at this dealership. I recently had the worst car buying experience (if I can call it that) I've ever had. Ed is the most transactional car salesman I've ever seen even though he brags that he has over 30 years of experience. I drove over 3 hours to get there, once I did the "sales manager" didn't want to give me the same amount of money Ed stated he would give me. My car was everything I said it was and Ed even agreed. This place has sales people swarming you the second you pull in the lot, they have a sales person who almost runs back and forth from side to side of the dealership and they use radios to tell the other sales people where to go "flock". It was almost comical to watch these desperate sales people during the hour I was there. There is now way the reviews on this website are real. I bet anything they force the sales people to go on this site and hype up the dealership. Do not buy from this dealership, you are pressured from the moment you drive onto the lot and then they make you feel stupid and belittle you if you decide not to buy. If you are from out of town do not bother dealing with these people, they know since you made an effort of driving a great distance they will jack the price up once you arrive, which is exactly what happened to me. BUYER BEWARE! More

In February of 2010 I visited M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL to test drive the field of cars that Nissan offers. After some review I narrowed my choice to the Pathfinder which was a model desi Crystal Lake, IL to test drive the field of cars that Nissan offers. After some review I narrowed my choice to the Pathfinder which was a model designed along the features line that I needed. I didn't intend to buy that day but a few hours later I was on the way home in the showroom model. There was no looking back, that Pathfinder met all my hopes and needs for three and a half years. A visit to M'Lady in August 2013 saw the sequence pretty much repeated without a hitch. I brought my Pathfinder in for the auto-shield treatment and left for home in 2013 Platinum model. The 2010 crossover delivered everything I wanted and more. After the break-in period the mileage improved as stated and its operation was flawless. To my surprise, Nissan has significantly improved the performance on the road in the 2013 models. This new Pathfinder Platinum is highway luxury in a power package. The fact that the new model will be delivering and additional 6 mpg is a major point of satisfaction. I have found the team at M'Lady Nissan to be faultless in their attention to your needs, your schedule, your budget. That puts them at the top in their field. Keep up the good work. Saturday was actually the 5th car our family has gotten at M'Lady Nissan. Our salesman, Justin, was fabulous and working with Abe, the manager, is always a pleasure. The deal was what we had discussed. I got there took the Frontier for a test drive. Brought it back and took care of the financial stuff and left. I highly recommend this dealership. They have been nothing but A++ service. it must have been if I find it worth to drive this distance when I have another Nissan dealership 10 minutes from where I live. The local dealership could not come close to the deal I received at M'Lady Nissan. More

My father and I walked into M'Lady Nissan on a Saturday afternoon with no intentions of buying a car, just to look. We had a budget of $14,000 max and I wanted a sedan. He first showed us cars that fit our budget and when none of them appealed to me he told us if we spent another $1000 that he would sell me the 2013 model under the condition that it had to be the least expensive car on the lot. Took my Nissan Versa for a test drive and fell in love! After negotiating with the finance person, I drove out in a brand new 2013 Nissan Versa with only 17 miles on it for under $16,000! I also got a car detailing package that is normally $1999 for only $695! And before I drove off the lot he explained how to use the Bluetooth/other device accessories in my car. I have had the car for 2 weeks today and it does everything that he told me it did.
