DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM M'LADY!!! They are dishonest, hide extra charges, don't keep their promises, and when you call to complain, they don't return your calls. Beware: the good reviews that you read are likely from buyers who were duped into writing reviews by M'Lady staff telling them they could be randomly chosen (by them) to win a $250 prize if they write reviews (they even give their buyers a list of websites on which to leave feedback). Here's my story: after making a deal for a certain price "out the door, with taxes, title, license and everything" on my Sentra, I subsequently received a bill for additional taxes that the dealership had not paid. I made several attempts to talk to a sales manager or general manager (with no call back) and then I asked to speak to the owner (but I was denied). Finally, I wrote a letter to Jim M'Lady, the owner, to complain about my bad experience with his dealership and asked him to call me. Jim did call, but he said my "out the door" price did not include the taxes for which I was later billed, even though I had specified "with taxes...and everything". During our talk, Jim revealed that other buyers had also complained about the additional taxes, but he still refused to do anything about it. When I brought up the issue of hidden charges (which I had included in my letter) he said "we're not talking about that; we're talking about the taxes"--apparently, he didn't even want to address that problem. The only positive thing I can say is that our salesman was friendly, but I learned that he is no longer with the dealership. (Hmmmm...) BAD, BAD, BAD. If I could have left zero stars I would have. Do NOT do business with M'Lady Nissan! More

It was there that I not only found a most suitable car, but also a dedicated team of people who I felt comfortable enough with to make a deal. I had purchased a 2011 Rouge 18 months before and received such great service from Betty Joe and Scott M'Lady, that when it came to upgrading our vehicles, I returned to a team that would work to assist me with feature selection, performance and fair pricing providing a win/win situation for both parties, my family and the dealership. We purchased our car from Bob. He was very helpful and patient with our many questions. We came in several times to look at the car and try to commplete our decision. Bob always found time for us and was able to help us with our decisions. To this day he is still helpful and is always extremely friendly whenever we stop by. When we replace our older Nissan we would work with Bob. Betty Jo was more than willing to go out of her way to help us with accessorizing our car. She really knew how items would go together on the car to make it look fantastic. She was fun to work with and has a wonderful personality. Both of them treated us with respect. We are not just treated as a person that walks in the door and is pushed into a purchase. We are very happy that both of them are still with M'Lady. Their service to customers should be commended. I came in with a check for a car I saw online for the exact amount, I was going to charge any additional amount like taxes. "bait and switch" BE AWARE these guys are shady at m'lady. I ended up getting the price off the internet after threatening to walk out. The car i bought had a problem right away. i had to drive from rockford 3 times to fix it. Will never deal with these guys again. They also did like a "not it" on some walk-in customers - stereotyping. These salesmen and managers are stuckup and idiotic. i traded the vehicle in eventually. More

Sam, Mir, John, Betty Lu and Yaseen made my transaction by far the simplest, honest, no pain experience in buying our 2012 Rogue. We highly recommend them to everyone for their future purchases. I had been dealing with Elaine and was told last week that she would be there. My wife and I were greeted by Taso and he started taking our information - assuring us that Elaine was there. When we insisted on talking with her, a manager came over and said she was not there. We told him to have her call us. Two seconds later, Taso came running outside and screaming "She's here She's here!" We told him again to have her call us. I got home later and found her online through their chat. She apologized and said "Things have been crazy around here." I told her that we will not be doing business with the dealership. She asked me why, and I told her it was common sense - a lie right off the bat. The next day, Taso called - asking us to call and deal with Elaine. I called and spoke to the manager who asked if there was anything he could do to gain our business. I said no and demanded that our infoirmation be removed. He sent me to a voicemail of someone who handles that. This was a joke. It should be noted that someone was trying to steal someone else's business lead. I understand sales are cut throat, but that it ridiculous and I will have no part of it. More

The day I went to the dealership, I called ahead of time to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted to test drive. When I got there the vehicle was ready for me and in less than 2 minutes I was taking it on a test drive. I liked the vehicle but was not 100% sure that it was the one I wanted. Patrick quickly found a few options that worked for me. I choose the vehicle I wanted and the rest went quickly. Before I knew it, I was driving away with my new Nissan Rogue. :D More
