Best experience buying a car, by far! Anthony Barbaro was the perfect salesman, professional and friendly. I would absolutely buy another car from him. Anthony greeted me with a genuine spirit and smile, he was patient to actively listen to my preferences and requirements for a new vehicle. His enthusiasm for sales and those he serves shined through as we test drove 4 different models. I knew immediately the Rouge Sport was for me! Anthony and the sales manager did everything to find the specific model and wow it arrived in record time. (I think they must have put wings on it!) The entire staff made understanding options easy to wrap up the deal, and were fun to work with. I’m impressed not only with the Nissan Rouge Sport price point for features in comparison to other dealer models, but the dealership itself. In short; clean, courteous, and conscientious. Service is stocked with free water, coffee, and a few snacks to hold you over while investing time at M’Lady. If you’re lucky, lunch is on the front porch too! I love my Rouge Sport, my Nissan dealer, and my Sales rep. Feels like family. I’m going to enjoy stopping in for questions and car washes! And maybe a coffee too. Hats off Anthony! More

I’ll start by saying I bought the truck that I wanted. I’m happy about that. Also that everyone I spoke with was very personable and friendly. That said I went in with the intention of just wanting to I’m happy about that. Also that everyone I spoke with was very personable and friendly. That said I went in with the intention of just wanting to test drive the truck. This was literally the second time I was ever in a dealership. I thought I knew what high pressure sales looks like from my past experience with time shares. That past experience was laughable compared to this. The number of times I heard “good news” after the sales guy talked with the sales manager was incredible. Every time I said I wanted to sleep on it they came back with some other concession in the price. The simple fact they couldn’t tell me with 100% certainty that the offer being made would be good the next day after I slept on the idea really left a sour taste. Another thing that really stuck out to me as just plain unethical was how they angled the review I would have gotten if the truck was brand new. They’re luckily it was a certified pre owned and I wouldn’t be getting the review from Nissan. They kept saying they NEED me to fill out a certain way and to answer certain questions yes or no. It really came off as the deal couldn’t happen if I didn’t answer the questions that certain way. Talk about grooming your numbers! My other shock was that literally every touch point is a sales person. Sales guy obviously, sales manager was obvious. Some service guy ok that makes sense. But even the finance guy had things to sell me. It’s crazy 2 day update: So when I test drove the Frontier I noticed an airbag light was on. I figured it was just a simple setting that someone mistakenly turned off the airbag. Well I finally read the manual and it isn't a selectable feature! The airbag light on means it has some kind of fault! Not really confidence inspiring in their certified pre-owned process to sell me a truck with a fault light on. But wait there's more! Through my own research I discovered that at the beginning of July Nissan announced a pending recall on these trucks for potentially faulty parking pawl in the transmission. Did anyone at the dealership mention this to me in the 3 hours they were doing a hard sales pitch on me? Of course not! Why would they mention that when I put the truck in park it might roll away and kill someone!? Showing just a little bit of customer focus might take away from the sales focus...unreal More
Rene was great to work with, and we were very happy with the repair work that was done on the car before we took possession. We’ll probably drive down from Madison to work with Rene and the M’Lady crew on the repair work that was done on the car before we took possession. We’ll probably drive down from Madison to work with Rene and the M’Lady crew on our next car purchase. Unfortunately we got too many emails and phone calls from multiple people after we made our initial inquiry about a M’Lady car listed on Cars.com. We should have been connected with a single point of contact (salesperson) and not be inundated with calls from multiple people, who obviously don’t communicate with one another, because they asked us the same questions or relayed the same information.
