The Best Sales Consultant is an Educated Consultant I’ve been on the search for a new vehicle since August 2017. During that search I visited 12 dealers and test drove 23 Crossover SUVs. During my search I visited M’Lady Nissan 3 times and test drove various versions of the Rogue each time. This past weekend my lucky stars were aligned when I opened the door to the M’Lady Nissan showroom and was greeted by Drew Westermeyer. I knew before I put the Rogue SV in reverse that Drew would be the car sales consultant to put an end to my drawn out search. Drew is more than a passenger during the vehicle test drive...he is an A-plus car sales consultant! Out of the 3 different sales consultants at M’Lady that I had interactions with during my car search Drew had the most knowledge about the vehicle and showed much passion for the brand and his position! In fact he was the most passionate and knowledgeable cars sales consultants, from any dealership, that I encountered in my entire search. Before we went on the test drive Drew showed me all the amazing features of the Rogue SV. He was so knowledgeable about the product that I truly believe he could have closed his eyes and told me where every button was located and what it did. The thing that really sealed the deal for me was the test drive route that Drew took me on. It was longer than any test drive the other 2 sales M’Lady sales consultants took me on and it gave me the absolute best feeling for the Rogue SV, that I was considering as my next vehicle. We returned from the test drive, did the numbers thing and soon after I was en route to my abode in my new Nissan Rogue SV. Quick, easy and painless! Great car buying experience!!! My car that I have had since college recently died last week. I had been saving cars on the cars.com app and looking around dealerships in the area. O My car that I have had since college recently died last week. I had been saving cars on the cars.com app and looking around dealerships in the area. One of the cars that I had saved was a Hyundai Elantra from M'Lady Nissan in Chrystal Lake. My mom and I had decided that we would go car shopping today (Saturday) and do some test driving. We started by going to a smaller local dealership closer to home (Southeastern WI). The Sales guy had us a drive a few different cars - we told him up front that I had a budget that I wanted to stick with and there was a certain amount of miles I wanted to stay under. Although we explained this multiple times, we kept getting pushed towards cars that were out of my budget and not what I was looking for. We were getting tired and although M'Lady Nissan was out of the way, I really wanted to see the Hyundai. M'Lady set themselves apart from the other dealerships right from the beginning. When I inquired about the car through the Cars.com app the night before, I received an email right away saying that although they were closed for the night, they would be in contact with me when they opened. That morning I received another email from a sales rep onsite who had more details on the car, encouraging me to call and speak with him if I had any questions or was interested in coming in. I then called and said we would be on our way but it would take an hour to get there. They called about 15 minutes before we arrived and said they would have the car waiting for us out front - which they did! Eddie took such great care of us!! He didn't beat around the bush with us - he was very upfront and honest and helped us pin point exactly what it was that we were looking for. We test drove the Hyundai but after telling Eddie that I drove over 2 hours, 100 miles every day for work, he said I would be much better off in a safer more reliable car. He got me an amazing deal on a 2017 Nissan Sentra with only 3,000 miles and gets up to 40 MPG. I was so happy that we ended up making the trip to M'Lady Nissan! We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Quick, easy and painless - unlike other experiences I've had buying cars! I will definitely be coming back and referring others to M'Lady Nissan!! More

They attract you with lower prices and then rush you through the whole process while adding several fees along the way. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Maxima from this dealership and the advertised price ($34k) is nowhere what I ended up paying (41.5k). The whole process is not transparent. They rushed through the documentation and the documents are riddled with several hidden fees. I did ask several questions throughout my purchase and later realized that the answers were all blatant lies. We were talked into getting extended warranty and no luck yet trying to get that canceled. I was lied straight to my face that it can't be canceled for 6 months. I visited the dealership twice already but the finance manager Abe is not willing to cancel it. Message for M'lady Nissan: Please address the serious issues in your finance department. It does not make sense to skimp on a $3k warranty from a customer who just purchased a $41k car from you. You just lost all future business/referrals from me. More

You do have to go through the people as you would with any dealer, but they do listen to you when you say no, and are not pushy. great price on an excellent car. free oil changes for the term of the lease, and free car washes. they are about 15-20 minutes from my office, but I can make that happen without an issue. I ALWAYS go to Eddie Colville and Mir Ali when leasing/purchasing my cars. They make the entire process extremely easy and smooth and I always leave there every 2-3 years with a brand new car, the payment I want and the extra things I request. This is a dealership that I go to get my new cars by myself without my husband because of the relationship I have been able to build with Eddie, Mir and Bryan, knowing that they will take the utmost care of me. In addition, Eddie goes out of his way to continue to keep in contact with me throughout the years to make sure I am happy with my vehicle and continues to answer all of my texts/calls for any questions about my lease or car any time I ask. In addition, Eddie will assist me in researching the best fit of a car for me and makes it work so that I can have ALL the additional things I want, at the payment i'm comfortable with. Needless to say, I always leave hugging Eddie, Mir and Bryan as they make the car buying process not only easy but fun. I love you guys!!!! More
Would never go anywhere else! I left M’Lady Nissan last night with a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue. I dealt with Eddie Colville, yet again, and Mir Ali, General Manager and can’t say how much I appreciate their willingness to work with me and help find solutions that allow us to close the deals. This is my 2nd lease, but 3rd car purchased and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else or dealing with any other person. Eddie shoots from the hip and I have never felt taken advantage of like I have at other dealerships. Eddie wants to make sure you’re walking away with the car you want and will do whatever he can to make sure it happens. He shows you your options in black and white and I have never felt pressure to buy more than I can afford. I really feel that Eddie genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they are completely happy when they walk out that door. For that reason, I refer all my friends and family to him. I don’t have a doubt in my mind that they will be treated with same kindness and respect that he treats me with. I have 100% confidence in Eddie and appreciate everything he has done over the years to help me get into the cars I have wanted. Julie L More

Saw the vehicle online f I would have known I would have been scammed. I would have waited on the purchase of my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. Saw the vehicle online advertised as a E-price for $36,551. I had been doing some reasearch and found this was the best bang for my buck. I called the dealership to verify the vehicle was still in stock and checking that the price is accurate. I was advised by the sales man Brian that it was. I advised I was driving there from chicago to look at the vehicle. He says he was going to clean it and allow me to take a test drive. Get to dealership and car was very dusty on the outside but I still wanted the vehicle despite it needed washed. When purchasing the vehicle he advises that that price was only good for college graduates and only good for financing only. I advised I wanted to purchase vehicle with cash for that same price. So no credit check would be needed. Since I was paying cash he decided to bait and switch me and tells me the price just went up on that vehicle within the minutes I was there at the dealership and I ended up paying 39512.00 with taxes 42467.90. I advised him the ad specified nothing about this being a college graduate and financing option. He says it doesn’t specify but it was a fact that it was the price he was gonna give me a deal and cut the price down. He never did. After taking their online survey. I received phone calls from the dealership literally going off on me because I have him and the dealership bad reviews. They called me yelling and told me that I got the vehicle for below the MSRP price. I advised that’s not the same price and hung up on the manager finance director and a separate time with the leasing agent Eddie. I will hire an attorney and contact the news media to report this dealership and their con ways. They need to give me almost 3000.00 back on the bait and switch deal they made. Very dissatisfied!!!
