I received a phone call from Eddie Colville telling me my lease would be up in a couple months and I should come in and talk about an early return and getting a new lease. My appointment was the next day so I didn't have time to get anyone to come with me. I bravely walked in and was met at the door by Eddie. He was very easy to talk to and took great care of me. I got a beautiful Nissan Rogue. I was in and out in a couple hours, This was my second lease from M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake and I hope to see Eddie again in 3 years. Wonderful experience!! More
BEST SERVICE EVER! **LONG SURVEY** So we'll start from the beginning of my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport! It all started when I take my 2013 Nissan Rogue to the dealership a **LONG SURVEY** So we'll start from the beginning of my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport! It all started when I take my 2013 Nissan Rogue to the dealership and I've been working with Brandon and Peter through my issue with the 2013 and I get in my car and notice a flyer about trading in my 2013 for a 2018 and I called and had the pleasure to talk to Alex Plautz on my way home the day before. We scheduled to meet up the following day since I had to drop my car off in service to get warranty repairs done, While the car was getting worked on Alex talked to me about different options and pricing and I was stuck between the 2018 Nissan Rogue which in my opinon it was WAY too big for me, and at this point I was stumped and then Alex was like we have one more for you to look at and he pulls out this BEAUIFUL Black Rogue Sport. We took it for a test drive and it was love at first drive! And normally with salesmen when they're in the car they just talk about all the features in the car but nope not Alex! He wanted to talk about you as a person and not as a future sale. He made you feel welcomed and was extremely helpful through this whole process. He didn't make anything awkward or weird he was laid back and very chill for a salesman! And another good trait about him is when they're running numbers and paperwork he will sit there with you and socialize, What a chatty Kathy! But if any of you go to M'Lady I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!! So the next person that I had the pleasure of working with was Scott Ryan. He talked about all the different options I can add to my car if I wanted to. He wasn't pushy like other people that would push all those add ons to the car. He was again very helpful and super friendly as well. He offered many different options of the car that I didn't even know existed. And the last person that was helping me through my whole process was the FANTASTIC finance gentleman named Abe Alyassir. Let me me tell you about this guy I've brought a car through a dealership before and the last guy that I dealt with when I purchused my 2013 Rogue( at a different dealership) was strictly business, but Abe what a freaking hoot! The process of signing went smooth and simple! He was also super awesome to make me stay with my loan provider instead of switching loans! And let me tell you that man can make you laugh over anything! But in the long run everyone at M'Lady was fantastic! Easy going funny and they treated you like an actual person instead of dollar signs in your eyes like you would see at any other dealership! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the McHenry County Area or heck in the Midwest! THANK YOU M'LADY for all your work! More

After surprisingly being contacted because I do have 2 open car loans, I went to the dealership aft A few weeks ago, I submitted a credit application. After surprisingly being contacted because I do have 2 open car loans, I went to the dealership after giving full disclosure of my concerns regarding my required trade in vehicle. Beforehand, I spoke to the General Manager, who said my situation "would be no problem." The salesman tried to convince me that I could surrender my vehicle and the finance company could not do anything to me because "he has had several cars on the lot" left by customers of the same finance company. After expressing obvious concerns about a deficiency balance, he reiterated the same statement and said that the payment that I wanted was unrealistic be guaranteed that they could sell me a car and offset anything negative on my credit report with new fresh payments. When I expressed concern again, he got up and walked away. The next day, I spoke to a relationship manager named Vanessa looking for feedback. After explaining my disgust, she empathized and apologized repeatedly and offered to "to talk to the finance manager" and "get me working with someone else." I told her they would need to take my trade in first and foremost. That was over a week ago. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! More

Most relaxing no pressure car buying experience ever! I called MLady to ask a few questions and was treated so respectfully on the phone. Brett Strohmaier called back when he said he would. He directed us to Jay Alvarez to help us narrow down our search. We met with him and he blew us away! He is so patient with my many many questions. He is a very knowledgeable sales person. And absolutely no pressure! Ryan in finance beat my expectations with the deal he gave us. No haggle ,no fuss, no games! We will be return customers as well as I plan on telling anyone that listens to come here. Great prices, no pressure and patient! Shelly More

We have been very impressed with our past experiences in bringing our vehicle in for service at M'Lady that when the time came to purchase a vehicle, there was no doubt where to go. We started with Eddie, who was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all of our purchase options. We were then taken and introduced to Sal, who is the Service Manager. He made sure our vehicle was in their "system". Scott, in Customer Service explained the Payment Partner Program and finally Abe, the Finance Manager, tied everything together with the vehicle purchase while we discussed interesting stories about historical events. Everyone was very professional and contributed to a relaxed environment in which to purchase a vehicle. More

We don’t have the best credit, no money down, but Alex helped us along with your team to get us into a Rogue sport without pressure, and very accommodating. I have dealt with other Nissan Dealerships and have never had this kind of smooth experience. I want you to know that because of the people at your dealership including Alex, Brandon in service, and Randy in finance, you have our continued business and service for our Nissans. Simply the best!! I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was at M'Lady Nissan. This is my 5th leased Nissan and my 3rd vehicle from M'Lady. I worked w I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was at M'Lady Nissan. This is my 5th leased Nissan and my 3rd vehicle from M'Lady. I worked with Brett, Tom, and Pete. All three were amazing! I came in knowing what I wanted and I was not willing to settle. I am a young women who came in alone, but they treated me with respect and did not try to upsell me. Pete and Tom spent 5 hours showing me 7+ Rogues. At first, we weren't able to find the exact Rogue I wanted for the price I wanted. I decided to leave. Tom and Pete agreed to follow up with me. I left around 12:30pm and around 8:15pm Tom called me. He had worked all day to find the Rogue I wanted for the price I wanted. He had it brought in from another dealer. We agreed to a price and set up from me to come in the next morning to finalize the purchase. Pete even came in early to make sure I was taken care of. He wasn't supposed to start until 1pm, but came in at 9am to help me since Tom had the day off. I left in my dream car and couldn't be happier. Everything was positive about my experience, except my interaction with Brandon in service. Pete had pulled around my old car and my new car into the service drive so I could move things from the old car to the new car. Brandon came out while I was waiting for Pete to pull around the cars and nastily asked what I was doing there, I explained I just purchased a new vehicle and I was waiting for it to be pulled around. Once both cars were pulled around, I started moving things over. It took all of 5 minutes, but Brandon was not having it because the two cars were taking up too much of the service drive for his liking. He yelled at Pete to move the cars in case a customer came in. Guess what, I am a customer who just purchased a brand new car. His attitude left a lot to be desired, but it was only a small portion of the otherwise amazing experience I had. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend M'Lady. More
