They've always been fair and respectful in our negotiations and that certainly did not change last night. Very satisfied with our lease deal last evening with the Maxima Platinum edition. I came in to acquire the gun metallic SR midnight edition but ended up leaving with the Platinum edition listed for 2K more but for the same deal because they had just sold the SR midnight. The sales guys are awesome! More

To start my friend Sean referred me to this dealership after buying a few cars and enjoying the car experience at Mlady. So I decided to take the hour trip and meet with Matt (sales rep) and Mir (sales manager) and I have to say at no point did I feel pressure to buy a car that day or when I actually did come in to purchase my new white pearl Altima on 5/1/17 which happened to be the end of the month for Nissan which one would expect high pressure but I experienced 0 pressure. I was very pleased with the time Mir and Matt took to show me the cars I was interested in and go over the entire process. Upon completing the deal you then get introduced to the finance department ( which most people fear) so I can understand but, Brian and Steve we're extremely professional and offered many upgrades, finance options and extra services to protect my new Altima 2017 SR model and they took the time to explain the costs and benefits to me. Not once did they pressure me and I was highly impressed as well. I truly recommend using this dealership and hope you get to have the same experience I had with them. A+++++ Thank you Sam R. Once we determined the car we wanted, a Nissan, the process was straight forward and typical - give and take over pricing and features. The product specialist was great. The finance guy actually had a sense of humor. Ultimately enjoyed the experience. I felt that I was important to them and not just another car out the door. More

AMAZING experience .... Great staff my name is Janet .I came into the dealer ship hoping to be helped. i had purchased a car 3 years prior and i know i had gotten "taken" on the deal. i my name is Janet .I came into the dealer ship hoping to be helped. i had purchased a car 3 years prior and i know i had gotten "taken" on the deal. i went to M'lady and they explained from beginning to end how they could help me. i spoke with the leasing manager Eddie and he was such a down to earth guy. He explained the negative equity from the prior car and all the details behind it. He was a genuine person , not someone who is jut trying to close a deal. Everyone at M'lady was. We were there for almost 8 hours and they even offered us food and check on us as we waited. There we felt like we were actually getting treated like people not like possible money. i had so much negative equity on the prior can and it was in such bad shape i couldn't use it as a trade in and thought i was stuck . After a couple of hours i honestly thought i was walking out of there empty handed. Eddie said he would try one more thing . He and the finance manager (Randy) where able to close a deal for me on a beautiful car paying almost 200 hundred dollars less. and now i have the opportunity to bring my credit score up and afford with out hesitation to pay my car, i cant stress enough how much of a positive experience it was for me. hands down M' lady is th only car lot i will go to for future purchases. AMAZING STAFF and experience. More
