Nice turn around from few years ago I went to M&M Auto, 4 years ago looking to purchase a Cadillac. Sales manager was terrible and the sale person was less than thrilling. I went back to M&M Auto, a week ago, JUST to test drive and NOT to buy from there...Well, Tim, the sales person, slowly changed my mind and Bill, sales manager and Josh, general manager went above and beyond to give me a great deal and service to make up for my past terrible experience. I bought my vehicle today from M&M Auto, with better price than any other Cadillac dealers in 100 miles radius and actually felt great about supporting local business. I will recommend the dealer to other who may had bad experience in the past or just looking to buy a vehicle. More

From my first call and speaking with Etosha to signing with Gloria, the entire staff worked as a team and made the process easy and enjoyable. When I first noticed the car online, I called I spoke with Etosha to begin. She was very kind even when i was slightly confused in the first call and that’s what helped me stay with M&M. Later on, after I had a feeling I would be making the 2 1/2 hour drive to see the car, I spoke with Jenna. Jenna was detailed in her information of the car and with my information which made it much more streamline when i arrived and eventually signed for the car. O.B. was very great at showing me the car when i got there to see the car and later was very knowledgeable on how to get the appropriate information in so i could sign for the car. O.B. And josh were a great pair to work with when it came to final concerns and i could not be more thankful for their cooperation. Last but certainly not least, Gloria was wonderful to finalize the information and sign with. She showed me in great detail all of the information make sure I too was well-rounded on the cars filings. This being the third new vehicle I bought new, I could not have asked for a better team to with. I will be recommending M&M to those looking for a new vehicle and I will be in contact with them on my next ride. More

Overall Horrible experience! 1st time, and last time M & M Auto Group customer....My overall experience with M & M is well documented, and was frankly...Horrible! They attempted 1st time, and last time M & M Auto Group customer....My overall experience with M & M is well documented, and was frankly...Horrible! They attempted to fix an existing issue with the vehicle I purchased from them. They ended up making things worse by creating a multiple new issues. I asked them to fix the issues they created numerous times and I was told they would not fix them. I politely appealed to the owner Howard Braunstein, who was extremely condescending. He got right in my face, grabbed my wrist and forced me to shake his hand, and then said very loudly "YOU JUST WON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER....NO...WE WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE!!" He then walked into his office and slammed the door shut after I told him I was considering taking M&M to court. I was smart enough to print out the original online vehicle advertisement which clearly stated that the purchaser would receive 1 year of Sirius XM for free. After just 3 months of ownership, my Sirius XM subscription has ended. Another reason not to buy from M & M Auto Group. False advertising. What a big mistake buying a car from M & M was! More
