There was no hard sell or pressure and nothing but friendly, cordial service. It's a family-run business and take it from someone who was raised in one, they're doing it right. A perfect beginning to my 2nd dealership experience! I was welcomed by a cheerful Jenna when I first called M&M to inquire about 2 different SUVs. I wasn't able to make a deal that day but I assured her I would return when I was ready. And I did 2 months later.... Through emails Jenna was able to get me EXACTLY what I was set out to get, a 2019 Lincoln Navigator! She set up an appointment for me to come in & meet with O.B., my salesman. O.B. made sure everything was exactly what wanted. He made all of the required calls to my insurance company & current bank. He explained everything I needed to know about my brand new SUV.
