I would strongly encourage anyone that takes their vehicle to this dealership while it is under warranty to not go to them. At about 28k I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and they advised me tha vehicle to this dealership while it is under warranty to not go to them. At about 28k I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and they advised me that one of the engine mounts had failed. They should have repaired both of them, but because it was under warranty, they only repaired ONE of them (the failed one). Fast-forward 10k miles and the next oil change and they tell me that the engine mount has failed again, and they recommend I replaced BOTH of them *THIS TIME*... how convenient, eh? Instead of doing their job the first time around while the vehicle was under warranty, they did a half xxx job and now want me to pay approximately $1,200. I don't think so. I reached out to "Mini USA" and they were no help. They say that my vehicle has too many miles on it now for them to even consider "good will" assistance (it's a 2017 with 85k on it). The engine mount initially failed at 28k and was repaired under warranty, and then by 38k at my next oil change (warranty expired), they now want me to pay to replace BOTH mounts. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I am in communication with Channel 3's "3 on Your Side" to discuss doing a story on this shady practice. I am very disappointed in this dealerships unwillingness to do what's right even after being told what number to call to reach Mini USA to explain my situation to them which he hoped would get back to the Service Manager at their dealership to get the problem resolved correctly this time around. Avoid them if you can. I normally never take time out of my day to write reviews like this, but I think what they did to me is wrong on so many levels. More
